St. John Rental Rates
There is a minimum of seven nights in the winter and five nights in the summer.
Rates for our St John rental homes shown are for seven nights
for two adults,
and the per person,
per night rate for extra guests.
Children 3-11 years are half the
adult guest rate.
The age limit is usually determined because of open decks, unsecured pool areas,
bedrooms in separate buildings and/or owner preferences. If in doubt, please ask us.
Rentals may begin any day of the week, and longer or shorter stays will be prorated.
