When you are ready to reserve a vacation home, please
include
your name, address, phone number,
house name
you wish to reserve and
your
arrival and departure dates.

Deposit:
After you have selected a vacation rental home and we have confirmed it is available,
we will reserve the home for you and send you a rental contract and rental vehicle information.
The completed contract and deposit of 50% of the first week is required to confirm your reservation.
If your rental starts within 60 days, from the date of booking, the rental is payable in full at the time of booking.
We
accept VISA, MASTERCARD and personal or bank checks.
The reservation will be held for
three weeks from the
date the deposit notice is sent.

Confirmation:
After we receive your completed contract and deposit, we will send you a confirmation
letter,
which will include the balance due, ferry schedules and how to reach
St. John,
information on how we meet you, the villa telephone number and other information.

Balance:
The balance of the rental amount and hotel tax is due 60 days prior to arrival.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, checks, traveler's checks and cash.

Renting a car or Jeep on St. John
St John Car and Jeep Rental information will be included with the rental contract.
A vehicle is almost a must if you rent a home.
It will enable you to get to all our beaches, even the most secluded ones and you will also have the freedom to explore all of our beautiful island and enjoy our wonderful restaurants.

Cancellation Policy:
If we have received a deposit, and there is a cancellation for ANY reason more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of
10% of the total rental.
For cancellations 60 days or less prior to arrival, there is no refund of your deposit, unless the home is re-rented.
If we are able to re-rent the villa for the entire rental period, the deposit will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee on the total rental.
If you have dates reserved with a deposit, you are responsible for those dates even from delays caused by illness, weather, unforeseen events or airline problems.
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended
to prevent loss if sickness,
weather, airline failure, or unforeseen events change your plans.
We highly recommend travel insurance during hurricane season, June - November.

Passports and Identification:
Passports are NOT required, if you are traveling directly between the U.S. mainland
and the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
A valid, state issued, picture ID is sufficient.
For children under 16, a U.S. birth certificate or a naturalization certificate are acceptable,
(a copy of a birth certificate is acceptable).
If you are traveling to ANY other Caribbean island or nation, you are required to have a valid U.S. Passport.
This includes travel to any British Virgin Islands or any boat trips that will put you in B.V.I. waters.
For children under 16 years, a U.S. birth certificate or a naturalization certificate are acceptable,
(a copy of a birth certificate is acceptable).
If your airline flight stops in the U.S. Virgin Island or Puerto Rico,
and then continues to another non-U.S. Caribbean destination,
the airline may require passengers to have passports.
Please check with your airline well in advance of your travel dates.
